Message-ID: Hi All, I wanted to ask for help in converting Jupyter Notebooks to Jupyter Lab. In the past, I've been able to customize notebooks extensively using tricks (e.g. hacking custom.js and custom.css) and plugins, which are no longer available - and I can't wrap my head around how Jupyter Lab is structured to rewrite these customizations. Towards this, I'm looking for someone who can teach me - either paying for training / consulting on projects that we pair on, or just in terms of co-developing new tutorials and documentation since I suspect I'm not the only Pythonista with this problem. In fact, I spoke with Glen Jarvis before sending this email, and know he's quite interested the topic as well - we have an N = 2 now! - and finding someone to speak on it. Do let me know if you'd be able to help. Again - I can find consulting dollars to pay for training. best, Paul -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed... What is working, what failed, what is still a work in progress as the language evolves? *Speaker Bio* Guido van Rossum is the creator of Python, one of the major programming languages on and off the web. The Python community refers to him as the BDFL (Benevolent Dictator For Life), a title seemingly from a Monty Python skit. He moved from the Netherlands to the USA in 1995, where he met his wife. Until July 2003 they lived in the northern Virginia suburbs of Washington, DC with their son Orlijn, who was born in 2001. They then moved to Silicon Valley where Guido worked for for a variety of companies including Google and Dropbox (spending 50% of his time on Python!). *RSVP* Please RSVP on our meetup page at https://www.meetup.com/BAyPIGgies/events/251058496/ -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
