Hey Irv/all! I'd be happy to meet up to review some of those things for an
hour. I'll ping you off-list for that.

The talk Glen mentioned was based on this blog post

fresh update on that: after the PyCon 2018 packaging sprint we're turning
it into the new Python Packaging Guide <https://packaging.python.org/>
