[Baypiggies] Two live online courses at UC Berkeley Extension

Hello All,

Dr. Sridevi Pudipeddi will be teaching two 10-week long courses at the
UC Berkeley extension.  Due to the 'shelter at home' policy, the class
will be held "live online" via Zoom. So anyone from anywhere can join
this class.

The first course is "Python for Data Analysis and Scientific
Computing". The class will be held every Tuesday from 6:00 - 9:00 pm
PST starting from March 2nd 2021 to May 4th 2021. The course will
cover the most important aspects of Python's data analysis tools such
as NumPy, SciPy and Matplotlib. The course will be very hands-on with
in-class activity and homework.  You will be provided Jupyter
notebooks that will contain many examples.  To register for the

The second course is "Introduction to Machine Learning Using Python".
The class will be held every Thursday from 6:00 - 9:00 pm PST starting
from March 4th 2021 to May 6th 2021. The course will cover most of the
popular machine learning algorithms such as Linear Regression,
Logistic Regression, SVM, Random Forest, SVD, K-means, KNN, Naïve
Bayes etc. The course will be very hands-on with in-class activity and
homework.  You will be provided Jupyter notebooks that will contain

UCSC Berkeley Extension is an accredited institution. Hence, many
employers will reimburse the cost of the course.
