[PyBel] PyCon.be ?

As for an EuroPython in Belgium, I am interested both as a participant, a
potential speaker and to help a bit with the organisation, but my
involvement would depend on the time frame. This year (but I guess this is
very unlikely to happen), I am not even sure I would participate. In any
case, I would try to help with whatever free time I can find, but I cannot
guarantee anything at this point.
