[PyBel] Python in September

Hi all,

We could organise a Python event in September.

I can have one room (+- 20 people) in Charleroi

a workshop or some talks.

* workshop - 3 hours for a small web site.
    * Add tests with Py.Test
    * Use Coverage for your code
    * Play with SQLAlchemy or Peewee

* talks:
    * What's in Python 3.6
    * how to contribute to CPython
    * Getting Started with AsyncIO
    * ...
