[Python-Belgium] FOSDEM 2019 - Staff & Video Volunteers

Hi,
we'll need a couple of volunteers for staffing the room and operating the
video camera.

For the room, it's basically announcing speakers, giving them the
microphone, and keeping an eye on your watch so they don't overrun their
slot.

For the video, it means operating the camera and recorder, you don't need
to know how to do it, it will be explained in detail by the FOSDEM video
staff before the event.
