[Borgbackup] [PATCH] Fix wrong installation instructions

[Stefan Tatschner]

- On arch I don't want to perform a full system upgrade when
  installing a new package; so let's drop the "yu" part.

- On debian it is "apt-get install" instead of "apt install".
