What do want ::week50 to be?

In others word do you want it to contain all the various versions in the 
daily repos or do want it to be the state at the end of the week?

If the latter take a look at:

If not, what is the harm of keeping the daily repos as the point of 
dedup is that they are differences not complete backups.
