[Borgbackup] Pulling from a remote server

Can I use BorgBackup to pull from a remote server?

So I have a box with Borg and the repo on it. I want to backup a remote
box. Can I do something like this?

borg create  /mnt/Mirror/Borg3::rh6-test2 borgbu at rh6-test2:/
