[Borgbackup] Index object count mismatch, how to fix

one more oddity. looking at the repair output, I found:

np1/pond/home/eric/windows-jun-25-2013.tar.gz: New missing file chunk
detected (Byte 103088780039-103090572092). Replacing with all-zero chunk.
np1/pond/home/eric/windows-jun-25-2013.tar.gz: New missing file chunk
detected (Byte 103090572092-103091532307). Replacing with all-zero chunk.
np1/pond/home/eric/windows-jun-25-2013.tar.gz: New missing file chunk
detected (Byte 103091532307-103092527022). Replacing with all-zero chunk.

the missing chunks are sequential. does that mean anything?
