[Borgbackup] Accidentally deleted some files from a repository

> 1. First make a copy of the backup archive.
> 2. Run "borg check --repair ..." which should mark the corrupted
> segments as missing.
> 3. Run "borg create ..." which will replace any missing segments with
> the same data if a matching block is still on your disk.

4. run borg check --repair again

This will heal the chunks lists in a corrupted archive, if the missing
chunk is present now again.
