[Borgbackup] BorgBackup in a frech congress

Hi to all

for information I present a communication on BorgBackup in a french 
national congress of System Adminitrators call Jres (https://www.jres.org/)
( JRes which means network days) )

nothing you don't know :-), it's a presentation of general features of 
borg, but we've made some perf comparison with backupPC,

it will make some publicity for Borg

the slides and paper will be available on the congress site 
(http://jres.org)

the communication is webcasted tomorrow on thursday 16th at 2:40 pm
