[Borgbackup] Borg stale on client

I was setting up borg on a client to connect server, but it's stale and 
nothing going on server. If I'm forcefully killing thread on Client it's 
re-spawning itself.

Screen I'm seeing: "Mon Nov 20 07:23:33 UTC 2017 Starting backup", 
nothing after that.

Current time: Mon Nov 20 11:44:12 UTC 2017
