[Borgbackup] limit local cpu/bandwidth/iops usage

this does apply to remote/network bandwidth only - is that correct ?

if yes, how to limit cpu/disk bandwidth/iops when using borg only on local machine ?

i have a backup job where borgbackup directly reads from zfs snapshot (virtual machines in proxmox) and i don't want the running VMs to suffer from the backup job's cpu/disk ressource usage.
