[Borgbackup] extract restores deleted files

Thank you. That's what I did and that's where my error was. I was thinking 
that I would get an exact copy of the backup borg had if I ran extract. Now I 
realize it adds those files back to the directories. It does not create a 
mirror image.

In that case, it was entirely user error. It's still usable and no data was 
lost. I just have some extra stuff to get rid of, so no big deal.
