[Borgbackup] Copy a repo with different encryption options?

I'd like to recreate my borg repo with a different security mode. Can it be
done? The documentation for `borg init`[1] states that encryption settings
are fixed at creation time, and I don't see options for initializing a repo
that will continue where some other one left off.
