[Borgbackup] 1.2.4 something's strange

Hi,

I upgraded BB to 1.2.4 following the full changelog (I formerly have
had the latest 1.1.n stable, both installed with pip), but there is
something strange (or not ?)

I launched :    borg info --show-rc --progress -v /my/repo

but opposite to what the changelog says (can take significant time, but
after that it will be fast), it took only seconds !?

After that I found a ~/.cache/borg/nnn…nnn/pre12-meta file, but its
length is only 2 and it contains : {}.

Did I miss something and if so, how fix this problem ?

Can I launch a backup now or must this problem be solved before ?
