Would it be worth having a short section with contact info before the
initial list of participating conferences directing questions and
expressions of interest to a dedicated "event-sponsorship at python.org"
email address? At the moment, I'm not sure if sponsor questions should
be directed:

* to a new address set up specifically for handling queries (with
Betsy and/or Ewa proxying questions anonymously to the WG if they need
wider discussion before answering).
* direct to Betsy and/or Ewa
* to the PSF Sponsor email address
* straight to the WG list

I'm also wondering if there should be a section at the end aimed at
organisers of Python conferences that aren't listed, directing them to
contact bundle-sponsorship-wg at python.org for more information if
they'd be interested in participating in future editions of the
prospectus.
