[Catalog-sig] [ANN] Prototype catalog server available

Hi,

I got inspired after looking at Sean's catalog server stuff, and have
coded up a catalog server in Zope.

  http://63.230.174.230:8080/archive

You can upload source and binary packages and search and browse. The
catalog expects PKG-INFO files in source distributions.

To upload a package click 'join' and create an account. Then you can
upload new source packages, and add binary packages to existing source
packages.

I've uploaded distutils 1.0.2pre as an example. I've also uploaded the
catalog server itself as a package. 

Please try it out. Create an account and upload your packages. Let me
know if you run into any problems.

There are tons of improvements that could be done. Top of my list are
working out an API for use by command line tools and refining and
implementing the distutils upload protocol. Also, there are a lot of
security improvements that could be done.
