I can think of two ways to do this, one is to add a new action
'raw_display', the other would be to add a 'format' parameter to the
existing 'display' argument, which would default to a pretty HTML view,
but could also be set to PKG-INFO. With that, you could later offer
extensions for yaml or xml/rdf or what have you, without a proliferation
of different action types.
