How should we document this API?  DocXMLRPCserver.py could be used to
present a simple web page that used pydoc on the RPC methods, but we
should also have a few web pages describing it.  Should it be a wiki
page, or an "official" page inside the pydotorg SVN tree?

(Describing the API would make a good oreillynet.com article.  If no
one else wants to write one, I will...)
