While that's true, domains are better.  Specifically, pypi.python.org 
would be better, because you can use the site: operator.  Thats why we 
have a docs.python.org.

"numeric site:python.org" doesn't provide the results you want, and 
"numeric site:python.org/pypi" doesn't provide any.
