[Catalog-sig] cheeseshop and pypi unreachable

Hey there,

http://pypi.python.org and http://cheeseshop.python.org are not  
reachable.  Both host can be pinged but the web is not responding.  
The actual problem is that my buildout is not running without one of  
this hosts.
