[Catalog-sig] problems with PyPI?

This was a ReST problem.

http://pypi.python.org/pypi

...lists nothing for me currently, it usually lists the latest added 
packaged.

Also, searching for 'buildout' currently returns nothing, it usually 
returns loads of hits.
