[Catalog-sig] Adding package pydoc to PyPI

I won't bore you with my musings of how relatively easy this should be, as I did on
distutils-sig. So:

I would like to extend PyPI to allow package maintainers to upload pydoc output
associated with the package, so that it may be viewable on the PyPI website.
(Well, not exactly pydoc or epydoc, but doc-string data and package structure.
 Set of XML documents, probably.. Something amenable to dynamically applying
 style, inter-package references, and cross references.)

Thoughts?
