Thanks for your answer.

So we are interested in setting up this mirror.

I've  read  PEP 381,  but  I didn't  see  anything  about the  initial
synchronization in it.

Is there a prefered method for that ? Any maximal bandwidth to use for
that initial synchronization, in order to avoid penalizing end-users ?
