Actually, this sentence rather proves the *opposite* point, since 
Brad had to ask which meaning you intended for "packages" in it.  ;-)

(And I confess I was a bit confused myself, since it could be read 
either as a tautology or a dubious proposition, depending on which 
way one took it.)
