The email listed on the PyPI page (and the sourceforge user you link to)
are the author of the package, Wander Lairson, who is the very person
you are responding to -- it's not likely that he's having a problem
contacting himself ;-).

The PyPI index owner appears to be the PyPI user "reid", for whom no
email is listed. The package author is enquiring how to get in touch
with "reid" in order to take over ownership (or request an update of)
the PyPI index listing.
