Freedom of authors is one side of the medal. Playing nice in a community 
and sticking to some standard when using a community resource like PyPI 
is the other side. Freedom of authors does not stand over the needs of 
the community. Super-programmers not interested accepting certain rules 
still can do their own thing while leaving the community out of the game.
