[Catalog-sig] PyPI mirrors are all up to date

Thanks for the feedback, I'll think about the sortable tables, it
might be overkill for such a small dataset, but I'll keep it in mind.

I added a disclaimer that the response times are from Virginia, US.

Status has been changed to Fresh, Aging and Old.
