[Catalog-sig] ReST not rendered for sphinxcontrib-issuetracker

Hello,

the long description of sphinxcontrib-issuetracker [1] is not properly
rendered into HTML, though it is syntactically correct ReST, "python
setup.py --long-description | rst2html > /dev/null" doesn't show
warnings or errors.

Any ideas?
