[Catalog-sig] lxml pip issue

Can you please send us the output of "curl -vvv -o /dev/null --trace - http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/l/lxml/lxml-2.3.5.tar.gz > tmp"? That should show all the HTTP traffic.
