Many like this (for various packages at random):

    distutils.errors.DistutilsError: Download error for
    https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/n/nose/nose-1.2.1.tar.gz:
    [Errno 104] Connection reset by peer

Seems to be hit or miss but didn't crop up right away after the
change, which leads me to expect it's crumbling under the request
volume as North America wakes up.
