Thanks. The key difference is in this part:

You also hereby grant each user of the Service a non-exclusive license to ...
use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such Content
*as permitted through the functionality of the Service and under these Terms of Service*.

and the fact that the license for the video content (which would correspond
to the distribution files) is not irrevocable.

BTW: YouTube needs to have such wording, because they allow embedding the
video players on other sites. They don't actually allow you to download and
redistribute the video content, AFAIK.

Anyway, perhaps we should have this discussion to the new python-legal-sig
list instead of boring everyone with legal bits and bytes :-)
