[Catalog-sig] Pypi mirrors are inconsistent

Hey there,

Last month the pypi mirrors got inconsistent regarding the dists of the package plone.testing.

On the mirrors a and e there is a plone.testing==4.0.7,
but on the mirrors b, c, d, f and g this version is missing.

http://www.pypi-mirrors.org/ says the mirrors are mostly fresh and seems not to be able to detect such inconsistencies.

How could that happen?
How can it be fixed?
