[Catalog-sig] revoked certificate error on chrome from PyPI?

Hi All,

When I go to PyPI on an older Chrome, I get a certificate revoked error 
and can't view the site.

What's going on here?

Works fine in newer chromes, but interested to know why older chrome 
sees a revoked cert...
