[CentralOH] Oct Meeting Website Notes

Hey Folks!

I ran into some technical problems getting started with google app engine,
but fixed those last night, so should be able to continue on this side of
things.  This Sat I should be able to make some progress on the app engine
side of things.  :)

Also, please speak up on what you'd like for the first 3 features for the
website!  = )
