[CentralOH] GUI Tools

I'm on the web framework camp for this debate. It was the richness and
availability of the web taking away the need for a standalone GUI that
first got me into web programming. If I needed to create a standalone
application, I'd probably see if I could get away with having my app
fire up it's own webserver. Perhaps import the 'webbrowser' module and
try to open a tab in the person's browser to go to the correct URL.
