[CentralOH] OT: code.google.com bar code

I wrote up a small blog post about 2D barcodes which includes some
online tools for decoding 2D barcodes:

Specifically, try using http://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx and punching in
the URL of the image from the code.google.com site.
