I want to build a website that people upload tutorial videos for
others to look at.
It would need to scale well.
The technical part of this has been done before by many people.
What are the good ways of doing this with Python?
What libraries/frameworks would you use? Why?
Are there websites from which I could legitimately copy the actual code for,
then modify for my own website? (ala Wikipedia, but for videos)
