[CentralOH] Four Fours

As I mentioned briefly this evening, a math-teacher friend shared the game
four-fours with me as a way to kill time on a road trip.  Having quickly
tired of playing it "honestly" in my head, I pulled my laptop out of the
backseat and pointed python at the problem.  I've attached the eventual
result. Please feel free to comment and correct as you wish.
