There will be a lot of helpers (I think) based on hands raised at the
meeting.

A big PyOhio sign

Do we have one? Besides the legendary Shroud of PyOhio, which I may

We now have the legendary Shroud of Python, handed down from Stone Mountain
by Brandon "Moses" Rhodes at last night's meeting. There are also probably
100 (somewhat dusty, but still good) Python flyers.

Can someone make one? The ones with the shroud and the leftovers from last
year are probably sufficient unless there is a creative individual out
there with some time!

PyOhio T-shirts to raffle

I'll bring the t-shirts, but honestly, we didn't end up doing anything with
the email addresses last year, and it was a bit of a hassle to run, so I
somewhat question a raffle's worth.

I say instead, a free t-shirt to anyone who volunteers at the table!

Obviously, we'd love to put all raffle entrants on the PyOhio

That ended up not happening last year, and we'd have to let them know they
are signing up their email, etc. Maybe more trouble than it's worth? I'm
sounding someone of a downer, I don't mean to be. Is there someone reading
this willing to coordinate the raffle if we did it, which would include
collecting emails, etc.?

PyOhio T-shirts for sale

I set up Square and have it on my phone. That's what we did for PyOhio. I
don't have a cashbox, but could get one. With all the free t-shirts, do we
think a lot of folks will be buying them for a $30 donation?

I can bring my phone and square. I don't know if I'll be out to get a
cashbox and change before this weekend. At PyOhio we used an envelope.
Maybe we don't want to deal with cash?

That was me, and I'll bring it again. However, it would be nice to know if
we have any power, because we'll run out a juice pretty quickly if not.

Anything else?
>

I'll bring the non-checked-out COhPy library to sit out, along with a
couple from my personal collection (Al Sweigart's two Python Computer Game
books, Hello World!, etc.) that would show the range of application for
Python.
