It looks like the booth is along a movable partition. 

Power: There are no power outlets 
on that partition or on the fixed walls at either end of it. However, there 
was a long extension cord running to the LPI table #21. _Maybe_ you can get 
power from them if you bring a long extension cord. 

Sign: The partition wall has fabric covering kind of like carpet, 
and feels thin with hardness behind it. Except for the special 
duck tape that does not leave goo behind on fabric, I don't think 
one will be attaching anything to the wall.
