Three dojoites are new to cars. One of them had a flat tire Thursday and could
not change it, so an extra dojo session was held on Saturday under the shade
trees behind Stauf's, to learn how to change wheels and to prepare the cars so
that a normal person could change a wheel with the cheap junk tools that come
with cars. Some were not used to physical labor and got dizzy when standing up.

    wheel barrow grease!
1/2" drive breaker bar (longer is better)

    1/2" drive ratchet (for speed)
        http://www.harborfreight.com/1-2-half-inch-heavy-duty-composite-ratchet-66314.html
1/2" drive torque wrench (to avoid overtorquing)
look up torque specification for each car's lug nuts or log bolts

        http://www.harborfreight.com/1-2-half-inch-drive-click-type-torque-wrench-239.html

    1/2" drive extensions
1/2" drive sockets, preferably 6 point
six point 17 mm for 2005 VW Bug
six point deep 13/16" on short extension (deep 21 mm??) for a Toyota
other six point other 13/16" for Toyota (Corolla?)
    gloves
leather or fabric for mechanical protection
blue nitrile gloves to keep hands clean
paper towels and/or baby wipes to clean up

wait for stuff to be on sale

adjustable wrenches are grossly insufficient for getting lug nuts off

Nitrile gloves keep one's hands clean, but are weak (and usually blue).
Fabric or leather gloves protect one's hands from sharp edges.
