[CentralOH] Location suggestions for July COhPy

The July COhPy (as it usually does/will) falls the day after PyOhio.

Many of the COhPy organizers are also PyOhio organizers, and by Monday we
are all quite crispy.

So the July meeting is usually social, we meet at a restaurant/bar and have
a nice meal, a few drinks, and talk about what went well, and what needs to
be improved,for both.

I'm soliciting the group for suggestions on where to hold the event.
