[CentralOH] Bag stuffing (assuming they come)

Bags are apparently in JIT mode. They still haven't arrived yet, but I'm
hopeful they arrive before 4pm tomorrow.

Assuming they do, I'm planning on bringing them, along with the swag we
have, to the Ohio Union.

Anyone who is in the area and wants to, we'll find a place to stuff 250 of
them. We actually didn't get much swag this year compared to last, but Emma
sent an *awesome* pencil and notepad set, and there will be some Github
stickers and SmartFile cards.

I'm also going to be including a flyer with some Python information on it.

See you tomorrow, hopefully I'll be with bags.
