[CentralOH] Dojo

Changed and notified those who RSVPed.

I also changed the default location to Panera on 4519 North High since it
seems to be a favorite location and doesn't require a reservation.

I also changed the default time to be 6pm to 9pm.

If anyone who more regularly attends the Dojo would like
admin privileges to modify and schedule the Dojos, I'm more than happy to
add you!
