[CentralOH] Debian / Gunicorn

I haven't tried gunicorn, but I've used uwsgi + nginx (on Ubuntu Server 12.04) and been pretty happy with the combination. The uwsgi docs are pretty good: http://uwsgi-docs.readthedocs.org/en/latest/index.html
