on ms windows computer:

    Last week, only 32-bit VMs were available.
    RTFM revealed that not having hardware support for virtualization
    would only allow 32-bit VMs and even worse,
    that they would be done with pure software emulation,
    so they would run slowly.

    this week
    enabled hardware support for virtualization (AMD SVM) in bios
    then 64-bit VMs were allowed in virtualbox
    installed ubuntu 16.04 in it
    deleted old 32-bit VM

three meat platter (brisket, pulled pork, and chicken)
with fries and onion rings was shared. It was great!
