[CentralOH] Removing yourself from the email list

I've removed Eric from the list, but for anyone else who might contemplate
unsubscribing, all you have to do is click the link at the bottom of the
email and follow the instructions there, which consists of typing in your
email address, clicking "unsubscribe or edit options", check "yes I really
want to unsubscribe" and then clicking "unsubscribe".
